The photo will be very helpful for me. Blue Color.
I'll search Wal Mart, I think there is one around here but couldn't recall where.
Thanks again for the info.
Will do change as soon as I got one.

Re: Salton Sea

If all else, Repsol synthetic motorcycle oil (and many others) is available in any motorcycle shop (reputable or not).

Busy: they have the Rotella T at Pep Boys and at my local Shell Station. Make sure you get the synthetic. "T" comes in conventional as well. The synthetic is the 5W40 and it says something like "for diesel engines" on it (like tractors) so it's a little confusing.

Re: Salton Sea

The synthetic Rotella T was in a white plastic (5 quart?) container at Pep Boys when I found it and the Rotella T at the Shell gas station was in a yellow (1 quart?) container. Don't know if the blue one is older, newer or just different, but it's not the only one.

And if all that makes you nervous, you can get Mobil 1 Full Synthetic, V-Twin (air cooled) Formula, 15W50 I think, at any AutoZone.......and probably bike shops too. Your GZ is just half of a V-twin !!

It is actually marketed as a diesel oil but it has many qualities that make it an excellant bike oil. Shell has never spent the $$ to have it certified as a bike oil. No one sells the synthetic in this area or I would be using it. I would even stop using Amsoil(the best)if it were available.

HELLO, Mr. Alan...................
Now I'm confusing.
Hew....I just wanted to look at the BLUE container.
Now, I have to look and read the Words/Letter "T" on the container, ha ha ha.
Thanks, Alan.

Thanks Mr. ER.
If I don't get Shell brand, I'll try the Mobil 1.
I used to use Mobil 1 for the cages, and I really liked it.
It made cage engine run better as long as I REMEMBER, hopley same quality for the bikes too.

Re: Salton Sea

Don't forget the conversion from metric to Imperial (US ) measurements. If I remember correctly, the GZ takes 1300 cc, which is 1.37 quarts. So, don't forget to buy 2 quarts or you won't have enough oil to refill it.
