It runs a flash app that loads on your computer in a browser window. If you stay connected, it will stay running and you have native access to your web camera. You can post a link to it and anyone with a modern web browser can access it and watch live. If you're looking for a free webcam broadcast program, that overlays text, images or other things, then check out one called ManyCam. It's very good too, and works perfectly with ustream.tv broadcasts.

I'll try both applications and practice them until I got confidence about it. And then, I might try it with my bike trip. Those are great and FREE to use, that's wow factor for me.
