Re: Oops battery is dead

Hi Guys,
Yes my GZ is the "beast!" You have to admit that the GZ is a fierce little thing. :rawk: And...the fact that I gave it a name means we have a close relationship which means that it will perform better for me. That's why he restarted when the battery went dead! And of course I clean the Beast! Don't you?!!! It looks sooo fierce when it's shiny and chrome blinging in the sun. Guess I can teach you vets a few things. LOL :neener: Vroom Vroom!

Re: Oops battery is dead

hey rionna
yesterday i went and got new tires for the bike. when i pulled into the tire shop i was surrounded by harleys with all the blinding shiney chrome. i got a lotta looks but no comments of course you could read there minds. the bike sat there with its shinney chrome with the best of them !! now all i need is a leather vest with a big S on the back and a 6 foot long chain on my wallet to really agitate....lol

safe biking

Re: Oops battery is dead

Hi Grego,

I love it! I know that was quite a moment & the GZ held it's own looking like it belonged right there with those HD's. Hey, you may be onto something, maybe we could create a new line of GZ biker apparel beginning with your leather vest idea. Hmmm....I like it. :rawk: lol Happy safe riding to you as well.

In the USA it is enough to leave the key on "ON" because it puts on your head light and tail light, they can't be switched off.
That's why I always switch it off with the key and never with the ignition switch (aka kill switch).
