A Compliment

A friend of mine was over to my house for a visit. She rides a H-D Road Glide if I remember the model correctly. We needed something from the store that was just about a mile away, so we both jumped on our bikes, mine being a 06 GZ250.

We parked our bikes and were storing our helmets I noticed something, a younger lady who also had just parked was staring in our direction. Did not think much of it. Awhile later in the store we were approached by this same young lady, who was an employee of the store. She asked my friend "who owned the silver bike?" My friend pointed at me and said he does. She looked over and told me "That bike looks cool, I like it!" And she then scooted off to work.
I was totally dumbfounded that a little Suzuki GZ 250 sitting next to a big, beautiful Harley would impress anybody that much. It made this old man happy!
