Valve noise seems loud to me on my 2005

I got my gz running! Been some time since I posted on this forum.
To fill in I have since replaced piston, cylinder with chinese parts. New Nasaki Head assembly from alibaba or Aliexpress.
https://m.aliexpress.com/item/327981...mend-recommend
During putting new head cover on the new gn250 assembly I didnt realize the C-clip wasnt in the groove in assembly, so when I torqued down the head cover I cracked a brand new part. So I used my original 2005 gz head cover and rockers.
Using a new gn250 camshaft.
Anyhow, Im happy to get running but seems a lot louder than before or some other issue.
I do read where people say our gz's are loud tapping bikes its normal.
Im thinking I need to readjust valves a little tighter than 0.08mm intake and 0.13mm exhaust. I thought maybe I used wrong units last time I adjusted valves.
Next camchain tensioner and I might need a need new cam chain?
The rockers are worn so maybe I need to swap out older worn rockers with the new rockers since head cover is still good.

I have on order a 1. new cam chain tensioner and cam chain.
What is easiest way to replace it?
Chain breaker? Or is it only by removing clutch and cover and to access and replace in one piece?

I installed a fuel shut off valve to prevent anymore gas in my oil.

Something i overlooked but on list to address is a cam rocker bolt that i need to remove and replace.
Its on for intake clutch-hand side of bike.
Plan on replacing rocker arms and rocker rods.

Replaced rockers and rocker shafts, used original camshaft measured still good.
Replaced starter it went bad, starter solenoid replaced as it failed too, replaced battery.
Wouldn't start, cleaned carb. And replaced internal parts, replace petcock parts it still leaks so I use a valve still.
I have spark. I have 190-200psi compression.
Sounds like valves hit piston or whatever sound is.
Got video of spark plug out and sound of engine cranking over.
