Rear brake grabbing
The pedal feels fine when stopped. But when moving if I press the brake semi hard the brake locks on with a clunk. Feels like the whole drum moves ever so little. I've looked and looked but just can't see the fault. I did strip it down and clean and grease the shaft with the lever. So I'm guessing I put something back wrong. But as I said. For the life of me I cant see what.

Check to make sure the torque link bolt is tightly fastened to the outside of the brake drum housing on the right side. If loose, it will cause the whole brake housing to rotate and will make a loud clunk sound when you hit the brake. Not sure what torque is needed to secure the bolt. Some models have a locking pin going through the nut to keep it from backing out.

Those bolts are rock solid. I might get my GoPro and mount it down there and go for a run. Can't think of any other way to see what's happening. Hanging off the bike and hard braking at the same time seems a bit dicey.
