My first bike, cafe or bobber build?

Hey guys, my name is Alex, I have just recently scored on my first bike, a Suzuki GZ250, I've built a motorized bicycle in high school but I think its time to upgrade. I'm deciding whether I want to go with a bobber or cafe racer style. I have also recently got a metal fabrication apprenticeship and will be learning how to weld pretty soon and hopefully get good enough for a custom exhaust in the future lol. this is my first time on the forum so I thought i would ask what are some modifications I could do to get started in the world of custom bikes? suspension? handlebars? lights? anyway I'm extremely excited to see how this build goes, also looking forward to updating all of you throughout this bikes lifespan
