Uneven wear on Break Pads

I have uneven wear on my front break pads; is that normal on the gz250? The left pad is completely gone, the right is about 1/2 worn.

When you install new pads be sure to lube the pins so the caliber can slide freely......Doesn't take much to keep the caliber from sliding & the result is the pad on the piston side does all the work.
