The temp gauge was an old automotive vent thermomoter I found in my grandpas garage. 50's-60's. Just thought it made the bike look a little older. It does work well for outside temp. Been down in the high 30 degree range goin to work a few times. YES that is cold for us Souther Californians

Totally appreciate it. I went bigger on the main jet, and drilled out the brass plu g for the idle air adjustment. Are you supposed to adjust it with a vac gauge? What are the specs?
