There used to be a lot of those around years ago. Now the few that are left in running condition go for really big bucks. The nonrunning scooters are an expensive source of used parts with no warranty whatsoever.

Re: How many passengers ....... ?

I had one of those and I bought it used, almost new, for $20, which probably was a lot of money back then. I wish I still had it now. Besides being fun it's probably worth thousands today.

If I recall correctly, mine cost around £50, & I think I was on apprentice's wages of around £5 a week.

Re: How many passengers ....... ?

Wow, that is a cool little scooter, and has totally classic styling alan! In fact, a lot of the newer scooters look eerily familiar as far as the design goes. That's a great looking little machine - very classy. Great pic alantf.
