While I might be interested in your MPG experiences, I don't think I'll be taking the time to write down the figures from your pictures and do the math. A text summary would, I think, be much more appropriate.

I took 101, from Ventura to Los Angeles. It was good traffic so I could do some practice. For the MPG, I wrote down its calculation on the first map image. Here is the calculations: A. Start 1. Meter: 04690 B. Gas Fill 1. Meter: 04768 2. Trip Meter: 78 Miles 3. Gas: 0.8 Gallon 4. MPG: 96.77 MPG C. Gas Fill 1. Meter: 04874 2. Trip Meter: 106 Miles 3. Gas: 1.2 Gallon 4. MPG: 86 MPG All the A to B and B to C riding was highway, freeway, and some canyon roads. But bike speed was not changed much, not many stops, continuing riding, and... I figured that if riding long distance without many stops and changes of gears will give best MPG. For my local riding and mpg was not that good, mostly 70-75 MPG.
