High idling when max throtle and than rev back to normal position!?!

Hi guys im new biker and i bought my Suzuki 1 year before, and so the problems started ,i change the chain,voltage regulator new battery tires , gearwheels, valve adjustment and now i have a problem that i cant solve alone ! When i full open the throttle and bring it back the idling is hard increased than before i mean it bumbling normal at closed choke and when i give it a fire open and bring back the throtle the bumbling is drasticly high than before. I check the carb it seems nice there is nothing as i can see my question is can it be the vacum connecting pipes from air filter to carb and from carb to the engine ? Helpppppp !!!!!!!! TNX alooot !
PS: When i set the right idling speed at neutral from the nut a side of the carb and going to ride some time , than i stop the engine first get high at stoped position at 1st gear and a 10 sec later the idling is minimized and the engine going off ?
