Carb problem,no acceleration

Gz250 will idle all day long, give it throttle it will cut out, not quite though. Have torn it apart 3-4 times put it in carb cleaner, all ports seem to be open. Definitely carb problem, took neighbors carb off of his bike and runs great. Put choke on and you can get slightly higher rpm before it cuts out. Any help would be appreciated!

did you clean and service the idle circuit and o-ring under the brass plug on the bottom? Even if it seems to idle ok that circuit can cause problems when the throttle plate is opened.
