Learning to ride/repair again

Hey All!

Name's Eric, just joined the forums because I just bought my first bike in 10 years. Got a little '99 GZ250X I am working on/riding.

Any suggestions for some good newbie repairs I can do in my off time?

Thing wasn't very well taken care of and I am bringing it back to life, Frankenstein style.

Welcome to the family.......Change oil & filter....Check tires & date code on sidewall (If older than 5 years replace). Check/replace spark plug.Valve adjustment if your comfy with a wrench.
