GZ250 Project

I am fortunate to have been given a 2002 GZ250 which needs a lot of TLC. It has spent it's life in Gibraltar where I have just returned from a 2 year posting. I have got it back to the UK and it is now sat in my garage awaiting dismantle and re-chroming and paint job. I got her up and running in Gibraltar and passed my test there to ride her around. I will be looking for any UK based people to point me in the right direction for parts rather than pay the fees from USA.

ebay will be your friend for both aftermarket and oem parts, most sellers should ship to the UK

Yes I have discovered many great sites on ebay and have even managed to get an exhaust from the US. The P & P from the US to UK is quite steep in some cases and I no longer work with a US serviceman who get me stuff shipped for nothing means I am now looking for cheaper options. To be honest I think I have all that I need and can just get them re-chromed. Thanks for the advice anyway appreciated.

I just prefer the original. There are some nice chopped ones out there but that is not for me. The electrics are doing my head in at the moment though. There is a short on it somewhere.
