TourMaster Cruiser III sized XL: http://www.tourmaster.com/inc/sdetai...s___xl/287/484
They are very water resistant, and include rain covers. Only in a 8 hr downpour did water penetrate the wheel-facing side, uncovered by the rain covers. The zip off feature is a useful function only in extremely light loads. Any serious weight/full load makes them too heavy to easily zip on or off. The zipper has less strength than a solid piece of material so in a heavy load, when it gets jolted, the zip could separate. This happened to me only once, way overloaded, and hit a nasty sharp pavement bubble. The other straps held it immobile and I re zipped it no problem. I also use a bungie for backup. These hold a lot since they are XL and I did tend to fill them. The yoke doesn't fit comfortably under the Bonneville seat so I did throw-over. DAMAGE: Broken Zipper fixed with paper clip and duct tape. Pictured next to unbroken zipper on other bag: All else normal wear, including some tape I put over the foam where it was rubbing from overload. Foam did not wear through and these two Velcro pads are great with the OEM pannier rails. Nice inside pockets. (red spots glare in pic only!) Local p/u in NYC price is $60. Send me your zip and I'll get an estimate for shipping.
