Been here 10 years now and don't miss the winters of the Canadian prairies, lots of snow, cold winds and far too many months without a break. Brr. |

Winter is killing me in California. It was 83 today. Mowed 12 lawns and had to go home and change clothes. Wet from sweating so much.

And here in "sunny" Tenerife, just went out onto the patio in tee shirt, thick shirt, and sweater. Had to come inside because it's too cold. Everybody says that it's been the coldest winter they can recall. So much for global warming.

Global Warming is a B.S. theory. Now it has become Climate Change because the "powers that be" can't make up their minds. Now it's cold, now it's too warm. The theory keeps changing as the world's investors try to figure out how to make more money by scaring the crap out of folks. Carbon Credits are another money making scheme to help the rich get richer. Yes, we are patially to blame for the climate and certain kinds of pollution but has anyone ever thought that Climate Change may be mostly or partly just the natural evolution of the planet whether we are here or not. Don't believe everything you read if there is a profit to be made by some one.
