I wish I could remember where the battery is on a GZ. Some one will be along shortly to help.

Remove the seat. Then on the right side of the bike where a small plastic cover is, remove 1 screw near the top and pull the cover off gently. The battery's just underneath that.

When you've connected the tender, run the cable to the tool box under the seat. That way, the connector stays dry, and you can plug it in with a turn of the key to lift the seat.
