They definately flow better with the shape of the bike.
If you don't mind me asking, how tall are you? |

Thanks |

From the picture, it doesn't look to me like they come anywhere close to the tank. But that brings up a question I have: I got the GZ for the upright seating position. What's to be gained by changing to more forward bars.......drag bars especially......unless, of course, you have really LONG arms ?? Seems to me like that would force a forward lean and put pressure on the wrists, exactly what I do NOT want. In all honesty, I probably would have an S40/LS650 if it weren't for those damn drag bars.......that cause me to lean WAY forward on that bike (short arms). :cuss:

Re: Lower handlebars!!
I think it's mostly for looks or for those who are short in stature.

Re: Lower handlebars!!
I know this is an old thread, but I think the bars he put on really improve the bike. I hate the stock bars that come on many "cruisers".

Re: Lower handlebars!!
They do. Mine has lower aftermarket bars and it's a vast improvement on handling and overall feel from stock.
