Handle Bar Balancer question

I have taken it apart, since its basically falling off, and did some looking at the manual. Basically i need part #09159-06024 (Nut) and # 56272-44500 (Expander).

I have found them online for only 4 bux, but with 20 dollar shipping. is there a generic nut and expander i can use? if so, what size do i need? (They are missing, so i cant compare at an auto store)

Thanks!!!!

Most all expanders are the same. Just make sure you're buying one for a 7/8" bar.

Some bar ends come with their own screws/bolts. Just read the item description to make sure.

Re: Handle Bar Balancer question

I solved the problem, but not the way i wanted too.

The nut is order only. Couldn't find one anywhere. And the Extender was found at a local hardware store.

I went with a 3rd Party kit, which replaced the entire package. Install took 2 min. and cost 11.99

Thanks for the Help!

Can't understand why. A nut is a nut is a nut. Surely that's all there is to it? :??:

IIRC the nut has a large shoulder area, much larger than a standard nut.But I don't see why a regular nut with the proper thread would not work.
:2tup:
