tire pressure
Can anyone ease my mind concerning tire pressure. Dealer service said to check once a week and I've been taught that you should check before every ride. Bike has Metzeler ME77 front and ME77 rear; manual reads 25 psi front / 29 psi rear. On the side of caution I've checked daily, as I ride almost every day.

Re: tire pressure
When they get down to about 15 psi, the rear starts feeling a little wobbly, but the front still works OK.

Re: tire pressure
Everybody seems to run at different pressures. The 2 up pressure is 25 front, 33 rear, so I tend to run at a couple of pounds over this, and if it loses that couple of pounds between checks, then no worries. I reckon it's all to do with the weight the bike has to handle, & finding the happy medium between too soft (too much tread on the road) & too hard (not enough tread on the road) Testing before each ride does sound like overkill. A quick glance before each ride should be sufficient, with a proper check once a week. :2tup:
