Newbie from NZ
Hello all , I'm a new bike rider from New Zealand.Just got my learner license and bought myself a 2005 GZ250.I'm still getting used to the bike and how to ride so it's all good fun at the mo'.
I just happened to come across this forum while browsing the net and there is some good and useful info from what I've read so far. Cheers Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Welcome aboard. We like it here and would appreciate any other bits of wisdom that you can throw our way from the European market.

Welcome Stash
Is there a Motorcycle saftey class available in your area? Well worth the time if available. If not just take your time watch everything and everyone, leaves, gravel, oil, trash, not to mention other drivers because they are not watching out for you! Motorcycling is a wonderful hobby just have to be careful Login or Register to Remove Ads |

We have a number of motorbike safety courses available. Not sure if it's the same in other countries but over here in NZ you need to pass an initial motorbike confidence course before going for your learner license. They go through the basics of riding and I found this very useful. The repeatable message I keep hearing and reading is to be aware of everyone else and everything else while out riding and assume no one is looking for you.
