GZ250 service manual question

I do all the service on my own bikes (not GZ250), but my younger brother recently picked up an '03 GZ250 and I strongly suspect he'll be coming to me for most of the work. I've downloaded the service manual from elsewhere on this site, but noticed it indicates '99. I know the GZ has changed very little over the years but just want to verify that the fluid volumes, torque specs, tolerances (i.e. valves), etc. in the '99 manual are accurate for the '03 GZ. Are there any known differences in the model years that I should keep in mind, or is the '99 manual good for my purposes? Thanks.

Thanks. Figured that was the case, but just wanted to verify with the experts!
