New GZ250 owner and happy to have found the board!
Hey all!
My name is Brian and I just purchased a 2008 GZ250 w/ ~1200 miles on it. Curently residing just east of Tampa Fl. Bike is in perfect condition, I say a 8.5 out of 10 if I had to guess. Haven't ridden much, still waiting on the BRC but have tooled around the neighborhood. I've been through most of the board checking out some tips and tricks and look forward to dong the 16t mod in the near future. I have noticed that 1st winds out pretty fast and it seems that the powerband is mostly for 2nd-4th gears. From the sounds of it the 16t mod is probably the best bang for a buck. Anyway look forward to reading and hopefully contributing if I can! As soon as I get a better pic I'll post again! Brian Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Re: New GZ250 owner and happy to have found the board!
Thanks for the well wishes. Only had the bike a few weeks, BRC complete and I've already riden enough the past week / weekend end to be a bit saddle sore..lol. Really enjoy the bike and how well it handles but am looking forward to the 16T upgrade (if I can quit riding it!).
Look forward to being a member and hopefully will be able to contribute like others already have! Brian |

The sprocket change only takes 30 minutes. I ordered mine from my dealer - about $18.
