I hate to ask another question but here goes
I am seeing 2 different models of a 250 CC bike offered by Suzuki. One is the GZ250 and the other is the TU250. Other than the color red (which I like) I see that the TU version has fuel injection and the GZ has a carb.

Re: I hate to ask another question but here goes
There was some discussion of the TU250 in this thread:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=1695&hilit=TU250 It's about 25lb heavier & holds 1/2 gal less fuel. not sure if the injection gives more punch or not, but I'd bet they're pretty equal as far as performance goes. The injection may give a bit better throttle response, and less 'headache factor' with carb issues, then again, if the inection brain/ECU goes bad, more expensive to fix, probably. |

Modern FI bikes are pretty much fool proof. It is a documented fact that modern electronics will either die in the first 100 hours of use or possibly outlive you. Ride at least 100 hours during the first year and you won't need to worry.
