New guy from Columbia, South Carolina
Hey y'all.
I'm Andrew, a recent transplant to Columbia, SC. I ride a 2001 GZ250 that I picked up cheap from by brother-in-law's GF. It's a decent little bike, with the emphasis on little. Today I stopped at my local Suz' dealer to order a lower profile handlebar and there was a young girl (maybe 21) getting ready to pull the trigger on a Gixxxer 600. Oh well...and then I putt-putt-putt away. Login or Register to Remove Ads |

Welcome to the site, and why do you want a Buell?

Re: New guy from Columbia, South Carolina
Thanks for the welcome. I spent about an hour ripping through the winding two-lane roads on a Lightning XB12Scg and they still can't wipe the smile from my face. My daily commute is all interstate, and I think I can justify the need (ok-WANT) for more power and a higher stance.
I still like the little GZ...I have plans to mod her a good bit just for fun. Small bikes do have their place, and I like this little bike on quiet roads where I can cruise at 35-45mph. This is where I think this bike shines. Login or Register to Remove Ads |
