Nice BIG numbers; good for old eyes !!

Keep an eye on it. Unless you used automotive grade/industrial Velcro, the glue will probably fail with heat exposure. I just spent 10 minutes today in my truck with the Goo Gone getting the remains of some off the side of my seat.

I bookmarked this a while back. Haven't actually DONE anything about it yet though.

Re: Clock for the GZ

Ditto on the old eyes.
I used the velcro that came with the clock whick I"m sure is as cheap as it gets, and
I'm sure I'll end of replacing it. At this point in time it's about all I can afford, but maybe someday I can get something nicer clock that mounts to the handelbars..

Re: Clock for the GZ

I got it from Wal-Mart, and I don't believe it is waterproof.
I figured I'd take it off when it's raining, and if I forget it's cheap to replace.

They've got some pretty cool stuff there. A bit pricey for a clock, but it looks stock. Sweet.

Re: Clock for the GZ

I strapped one around my wrist so I can take it with me when I get off the bike.

Oh, the wrist things. Have 3 of them and they are all living in a drawer since I retired. One is a gold Seiko reward for leaving.

It is also probably cheaper to buy a new one if the batteries go South. I have a non-waterproof digital thermometer on the VStrom(so far so good). Another Wal-Mart item for $5 or less.
