Poo. So close yet so far. Summers are way better for me. Especially since my GF will want to come, but she's a teacher and can't really take off during the school year.
Count me as a reluctant no.

Re: 250cc Meet: Sept 26th - 28th 2008

Thanks for info Bob. Besides being hella far away, I have a gig that weekend and I have to host a rare social event at my house. But these sorts of things look like they might be a better destination for a pointless ride than a large, overpriced grocery store. Maybe next year, assuming I still have the 250.

It doesnt matter if you ride a 250cc or bigger. This group of people ride in on all types, gz250s, honda rebels, c50s, VLXs, v-stars. Just a bunch of people who meet, take rides, talk motorcyles and sit around at night talking, meeting new friends.

If you subscribe to one of these:
There are several of these each year. Cumberland Gap, Daytona Bike Week, and One in Pennsylvania seem to be every year with an occasional odd one thrown in for good measure.

You will get emails about up coming 250cc events. The GZ250 and 250cc-club are very low traffic so get the emails sent you.

The photo on Rebel-Riders home page is Cumberland Gap.

Note that the motorcycle on the left in this photo is a GZ250. Pat's I think.

Daytona is a pretty easy option for me. It's just a short 200 mile jaunt up the coast. I always forget about it though.
