Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

$1.329 per liter and probably $0.10 higher in Vancouver. A small economical car is lookin good right about now. Anybody want to buy a slightly used 07 Ranger ??

Around $1.45 (at today's exchange rate) here in Tenerife. And don't forget, the wages are so much lower than in America.

We also have so much further to drive!

And don't worry about the wages in US$ thing.... here in the US there are the signs that the our "quantatative easing" money printing program is going to inflate the prices everything here... "across the board"... possibly "Weimar Republic" style. (All the more reason to have 70MPG bike).

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

Quantative easing is done in June. Not sure when its effects will wear off. Certainly hasn't helped housing prices.

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

BTW, here's the price on the pump. It's in US dollars per gallon. This is one of the cheaper places in town too.

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

That's about $1.06/litre. We paid $1.19 here yesterday. 1/2-hour down the road in the GVRD they are paying ~$1.38, or $5.43/gallon
