Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

If nobody has one by the weekend I can nab a picture when I return home, there's one in Ooltewah leading into the Mill Run Subdivision where I used to build houses about 25 years ago.

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

I'm waiting for gas to drop back down to two bucks a gallon. 800 miles would be a five or six tanker.

Found Tag: Old Barn, Turkey Hill Road at McQuestion Road, Merrimack, NH.

Can't hardly swing a dead cat around these parts without hitting an old barn. Here's another easy one. Every jurisdiction has one, right?

New Tag: Police Station, Baboosic Lake Road, Merrimack, NH.

Foul...

Looks like a NEW barn by Tennessee standards.
Got a roof and winders too.

That barn's probably older than Tennessee. Up here we replace stuff instead of letting the whole thing fall down.

Different world out in the country here.

I have been to your town a few times.
Made deliveries to Budweiser.

Nice place for sure.

Re: Tag-o-rama Gone Global

"If you can pick out the stars of the Milky Way while lying on your back IN your barn...... you might be a redneck".

Thanks Jerry. Town has changed drastically even in the 22 years we've been here. Population has at least doubled, and the traffic is more like a city than a small town. It's all spread out though, in a way, because they require a minimum lot size. The old traditional small businesses are dying out, and we're getting the big chains. They're about to build a huge outlet mall in the southern end of town, and that's pretty much going to put an end to any vestiges of small town life here.

Dave
