The Federal and Provincial politicians here in the GWN have a wonderful system. They can actually present a Bill for approval to increase their pay, benefits, perks and retirement and then vote it in without approval of anyone else. Their retirement benefits are beyond belief and they never need to make a contribution beforehand or after.
Where else in the world can you work for 6 years in a Federal Gov and qualify for a high dollar pension for life?? They are not Public Servants, they are Public Thieves and dam proud of it.
