The first step is to try and isolate weather the problem is fuel or ignition related. The first thing is to try and observe any type of consistent pattern to the engine quitting. Try to pay close attention to exactly what the engine does right before it dies. ie does it start to intermittently sputter, or is it abrupt and complete like you just turned off the key ? When you finally do get the engine re-started do you see blackish exhaust smoke exiting the exhaust ? Try to post up as much details as you can. It's very hard for us to give an "internet diagnosis" when the best diagnostic tool is riding your bike, and an experienced ear...
