So I took off the carb bowl and found bits of plastic or mabee a clearcoat of some type caught in the main jet, cleaned it out, cleaned the tank, new gas with some sea foam, and put in an inline filter, runds great again. Thanks guys

That was what you call "varnish", what's left of old gas when it sits for a very extended time and the volatile components evaporate, leaving that stuff behind.
