Turned out to be a broken Stop switch wire in the wire loom I bought. I should be riding it tomorrow. Thanks for the support yall.

Got it together, It started up and ran smoothly with no choke at all. Squeezed the front brake and.....mush...new parts are coming.
At least I have two bikes.
