Moped and scooter designations can vary legally from state to state, but from what I recall the licensing difference is based on the CCs and not what the state happens to designate as a moped or a scooter. You can have 150cc mopeds, for example, that require licensing or you can have a 49cc scooter that does not. Follow?

I have to say I would proudly ride that scooter that looks like it came straight out of the jetsons....course I have secret Jane Jetson fantasies too so that might have something ot do with it. Haha....but seriously....

I follow what your saying. let me put it this way. South Carolina says under 50cc you have a moped tag on it. over 50cc you have a regular tag on it. that's all I know.

Yes, but mine is the biggest of 'em all. Mount Teide - the volcano.

12,198 ft (2.31 miles) above sea level. The highest point in Spain, and the 10th highest mountain in the world.
