Battery what batteries are a good buy for our go?
I was at advance auto and realized I have the wrong battery a 5lbs Banshee brand. It's 5 amps not 6 amps
It was 30 bucks so my thriftyness got me. They got an autocraft battery 6amp hour for $65 bucks after core charge

My 30 dollar banshee battery tested at 133 CCA and is in good condition according to advance auto tester.
I don't know what other motorcycle batteries test at. It starts my gz fine. Just got a carb. Issue now. Keeping the bike running. I think I'd have better piece of mind with a duralast or autocraft battery with warranties. Course money can be spent just on paying for the brand name.

The battery is 5Ah amp-hours (capacity) not amps. I will deliver 20 to 50 amps needed to start the bike (depending on oil and temperature). 5Ah battery will give you bit less cranking time but if your bike starts easily - don't worry - it will may last longer than 6Ah battery.
