Still looking for a muffler
Come everyone bike season is here and my cousin has not gotten to ride at all. Where he lives there is a noise ordnance he the bike I gave him, the people that I got it off of cut the muffler off and put a straight pipe on, now he needs a muffler of some sort to put back on the bike. The bike is in st. Mary's Ohio does anyone have one for sale? Thanks in advance for all your help or can you direct me in the right direction to get another

Re: Still looking for a muffler
The straight pipe is certainly going to break the rules of the noise ordinance. But you aren't limited to a factory Suzuki muffler to kill some of the sound. Most of the EMGO mufflers are quite reserved in their noise output and they are of decent quality. They are also going to be much cheaper than going with factory. You can get an EMGO muffler for about $80 and the two of you should be able to install it in an afternoon.

Re: Still looking for a muffler
Over here, part of the 2 yearly examination is a decibel test at 4000 revs. Luckily the GZ exhaust performs just fine.
