As long as the shock ends are the same size to fit securely I would think it is a simple R/R. I would check for chain tension after though. It might have to be adjusted. The adjuster for the rear brake drum on the wheel may be in need of a twist or 2. You don't want to go too low or you may have the rear tire rubbing the underside of the fender. Do some measuring to be sure.
