Yes,this is normal.Running lights only on the front.What was your problem?

The Main fuse was blowen ... I thought we had checked them all but since the bike is still new to me we missed that one,

No we were not able to find a reason. The bike had been sitting for a while before I got it. It is a 2001 with only 2960 miles on it.
