Actually, I've read somewhere that a 168 bulb is actually brighter than a 194 bulb, but it does not last as long. It's plenty bright right now, that's for sure.

By following your directions more or less... I wrapped a little bit of electrical tape around the ends of the tweezers. This gave enough grip to be able to pull the bulb out.
