First Bike
I am now a proud owner of a gz250. I'm learning how to ride and so far it's a blast. It's not new but she's in good shape, 1999 with 6000 miles. I hope to learn more about biking here. Hello to all, Carlos

I hear ya, I'm a late bloomer myself (48), but I'm not going to let a little cool breeze stop me. As long as the roads are safe to ride on I'll be there.

Well im 36 so im not too far behind you. I always wanted a bike but never could afford one or the opportunity never arose when i had the $ to do so. Last tax season i said screw this, i dont care if the house explodes im buying a bike.... and i did lol. I rode my GZ relentlessly. most of the 3500 miles ive put on this year was on the GZ. Unfortunately, my travels and rides were taking me farther and longer than the GZ is designed for. A month ago i sold the GZ and moved up to a Honda Shadow Spirit 750. 3000 miles in a few short months sure grew me out of the GZ quick. Had i not put on so many miles i would probably still have it.

A bunch of spring chickens. I hit the double nickle this year.
The GZ250 is not my first bike but it was my first the early seventies. I bought a 2005 in February and have ridden it over 10,000 miles since then. My butt still hurts. Welcome to the group.. Login or Register to Remove Ads |
