Hi All, from down under
Happy New Year to All.
Just found this site, looks great. My name is Darrin, I'm from Lower Hutt, New Zealand. Just brought a 2000 GZ250, took me hours to wipe the grin off my face after the test ride. The old girl has had a few owners and has a few miles ( km ) on the clock, But what a bike. I'm now looking forward to clocking up a few miles of my own. Any other riders from NZ here ? I've now put some miles of my own on the clock, having a great time. The weather down here is great. |

Welcome Das. New to this site myself and have been very impressed with the knowledge base and members' comments. I was very happy to find a forum dedicated to the GZ250 and now have a much better understanding of it's capabilities. Ride Safe.

Hi Das
I've just joined this site and glad to do so having already had useful advice and found the owners manual and service manual. I am just over the hill from you in Titahi Bay. I've had my GZ for 3 weeks now and licence for 2 - so just getting into it and starting to commute into Wellington, hoping this is going to be better than the train or trying to find a car park - so far it has!! |
