Nope.
Not downhill, and wind was all over.

I just said "It cant be! Its only a 250cc and your a rider, so you know this cant be right". Lol.
all the while I was watching the spedometer, and listening to the engine scream at me ..

In some states the radar has to be calibrated every X number of days or the reading is thrown out of court. You might check into things of that kind before you go to court.

My uncle used to fight tickets that exact way. He would drill the cop in asking him how the rader was calibrated and when, and using what equipment(a car with an 'off' speedo) ?? All the little details later...and voila, thrown out.
