Largest possible tires for gz250

I'm sure this has been asked but I want to add a bit of height to the old girl and was wondering what the absolute largest tires the gz will take. I'm unconcerned about the front fender as I'm building a custom bracket for a chopper fender anyway. My goal is to simply increase overall height. The larger and fatter the better. Was looking at tracker tires but couldn't find any reliable information regarding our bike. If this question annoys anyone I apologize, I look forward to any helpful comments.
