Completely lost

Everything has been running fine. No changes. This morning on way to work I went to take off from a stop in first and even with full throttle bike is barely moving. I tried putting in second but same thing. Engine running, reacting great - but even at screaming throttle very little power

Brakes aren't locked, it rolls easily downhill

I mean I have the throttle buried and have to push with feet to get it to move, it's crazy

Please help
