Thumbs Up for Tourmaster
When we've had a problem with a vendor we make sure we bash him where ever we go. Well, I have to give some praise to Tourmaster who makes many accessories for the motorcycle crowd. I had bought a 2007 Suzuki GZ250 to learn to ride. I bought it from a guy who bought it for his wife to learn to ride and she didn't want to ride. I got a great deal on it and I love the bike. It came with a leather set of saddle bags made by Tourmaster. Well I went to detach the left bag and the zipper broke rendering the bags useless. I took them off the bike for the time being and emailed Tourmaster. I told them they came with the bike and I'm not the original owner.
They issued me an RMA number and instructed me to ship the over the fender mount back to them and they would take a look. If it could be repaired they would do it or notify me what it would cost. Today UPS delivers me a brand new set of Tourmaster Nylon (Denier) Cruiser III bags for my bike. These are very well made bags which run about $120 retail. They sent them no charge. I can't believe a manufacturer actually puts the customer first today AND without me even being the original owner. I know I will definitely purchase their bags for my next bike when the time comes. Two cheers for Tourmaster! Nylon Cruiser III Saddle Bags
