Great info.
Yeah I dont want to be paranoid. And books like Proficient Motorcycling, while great, leave me thinking that I'll explode if I cross an oil patch. Its better to be over cautious than under cautious I suppose. But good to know that the bike is designed to be able to cross these things as long as you arent attempting maneuvers over them.
