Help taking apart the bike

Hi guys I just made the account I have a 2000 and I had a bolt come loose in the engine

. I already removed all the metal shreds in the engine but I think I managed to screw up the crankshaft trying to use a flywheel/magneto rotor puller before I removed the 22mm bolt used to turn the crankshaft. I started dremeling off the nut because I couldn
