Engine? ? ?

Hi guys i did some stupid thing,i ride almost without engine oil cuz i buy Motorex but the non synthtic one and it got disapeared almost all for period of 5 months riding .I think the cylinder get a little bit heated up and get enlarged and change the noise of the engine . I shut it down was hard to start the engine again but it worked . After the engine got cooled out i got back to home buy a new motorex oil filled it up. It works now,but its like a little bit more noisey than before .On neutral shift everything is ok but when i go in gears the noise changes ? Some suggestion ? TNX
