Help with hose

Hi gz250 enthusiasts, I have a problem finding a connection for one of my hoses. Apparently this hose starts from the valve breather and is supposed to connect to the fuel vapor separator, according to the diagram my bike has under the seat. The odd thing is I can't seem to find this fuel vapor separator which is supposed to be under my gas tank. The hose I am talking about is approximately 6 inches long and has a spring around it. My bike is a 2006 suzuki gz250. If you can help me out it would greatly be appreciated. I tried the dealer and other Motorsport stores but they can't seem to help me. Here are some pictures.
